Why I Started NEAPE. 

My name is Henry Moffat. I was born in Philadelphia Pennsylvania where my parents grew up. My mother and father owned a local goods store, Moffat’s Goods, at the corner of Lancaster Avenue and 52nd Street where they sold anything and everything people needed. They remembered everyone’s name who walked in the door.

Unfortunately, after 32 years of serving the people of Philly, modern times came to be. The ease and convenience of online shopping put my mother and father out of business within a year. There was no need to walk down the street to get what you needed, when a few taps on your phone could do the job for you. 

Unlike my parents, I adapted to the times and created NEAPE, which stands for Neighborhood Excellence And Premium Everything. I wanted to give the same quality of products my parents used to trade to everyone. Even though our neighborhood store is gone, our quality and customer satisfaction remain.
