Neape is for every family, and we want neape.com (“Website”) to be usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. The Website is operated by Sakae Holdings LLC.
1. Our Standard
We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is our target. The Website has not yet been through a formal third-party audit, and we review it as it changes.
2. What We Aim For
- Clear headings and a consistent page structure.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images.
- Readable type and sufficient color contrast.
- Pages that can be used with a keyboard and with screen readers.
- An order form with clear labels, instructions, and error messages.
- Layouts that adapt to different screen sizes and text settings.
3. Known Limitations
Some parts of the Website may not yet fully meet the standard. Payment is processed by Stripe, and we do not control the design of its payment pages. If something does not work for you, please tell us so we can fix it.
4. Ordering Another Way
The Website is never the only route. If the order form does not work for you, write to info@neape.com and we will take your order with you by email, at the same prices and on the same Terms. You may also ask a question or request any information on this Website the same way.
